El personal ( Giannis) fue muy amable y profesional, y nos ayudaron en todo momento El coche estaba en perfectas condiciones: limpio, moderno, cómodo y muy bien mantenido. Además, el proceso de recogida y devolución fue muy ágil, sin largas esperas ni papeleos innecesarios. Nos encantó la transparencia en los precios, sin cargos ocultos ni sorpresas desagradables. Todo estaba claro desde el inicio, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda volveremos a alquilar con ellos. Recomendado al 100 % para quienes buscan un servicio de alquiler de coches confiable, eficiente y con un trato al cliente de primera.

I rented a Fiat 500 Cabriolet from Golden Dove in Naxos. On the way to visit the Kouros statues a stone hit the car and left a mark. I was super stressed because we only had the basic insurance, which didn’t cover anything. I immediately contacted Jiannis and sent him photos. I didn’t hear back for a while in the afternoon so I sent a follow-up message. He replied saying he was running around trying to find a solution but so far, all the quotes he had received from two garages were really high. Later that evening, he called to say that he had found a better deal but the garage needed to be paid in cash. That made me a bit suspicious, especially since the €750 deposit had already been charged (unlike other islands). I asked to wait until the deposit was released before paying, but he said he couldn’t do that remotely. The next day when returning the car, I didn’t have the cash yet and wanted to withdraw it after seeing the deposit released, which led to a bit of tension between us. He reminded me that he had taken time to find the best possible solution for us. We met again later, I gave him the cash and he showed me the deposit had been released (even if it took about a week to show up in my account). It’s a long message in the end to say that I felt pretty silly for doubting him. Jiannis was honest, patient, and really tried to help. Despite my stress and suspicion, he handled things with care. Our whole trip in Greece was filled with warmth and hospitality. I arrived too cautious like a typical over-worried tourist but this experience reminded me that there are truly kind and genuine people out there. If something like this happens to you, trust that Jiannis will do everything he can to help you. Thank you again and I’m really sorry for the stress I brought to the situation.

We kozen dit verhuurbedrijf vanwege de goede reviews en dat bleek zeer terecht te zijn. We kwamen met de ferry vanuit Piraeus en we werden persoonlijk opgewacht. De gevraagde wagen was perfect in orde en geen gedoe met extra verzekering als je dat niet nodig hebt. Excellent service, correct prices and trustworthy company.
