This was by far the best rental car company we’ve used in the Greek islands. Giannis met us at the port with our car ready to go, the payment process was simple, and everything was smooth and well organized from start to finish. Returning the car at the port was just as easy and convenient. The customer service was excellent the entire time. There were no hidden fees or surprises, everything was clear, honest, and straightforward. We got a Fiat 500 that was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Highly recommended

⚠ Updated Review about Golden Dove After a serious incident with another company (Fast Motor Rental Naxos), I found out that Golden Dove had “lent” their rental contract to that company. That is extremely unprofessional and confusing for customers, because it puts the client at risk and creates serious trust issues. The owners of the other company (Ria and her husband) harassed and threatened me to pay €50 for fake damage, even showing up at the restaurant where I was staying. Even if Golden Dove says they were “not involved,” they allowed their company name and contract to be used by someone else. That makes them responsible too. Advice: • Only rent from companies that use their own official contracts. • If you see the name “Golden Dove” on the contract but deal with someone else, be extremely careful. • Record everything and protect yourself. This kind of practice damages trust and gives tourists a very unpleasant experience.

Perfect from start to finish. Excellent initial contact with Giannis, great communication throughout the rental. Super car and extremely competitive price. Overall an amazing experience especially compared to large rental car agencies. Look forward to renting from Golden Dove again.
